وأنا في العاصمة الإسبانية أشاهد تجربة ريال مدريد الإحترافية عن قرب بعدما عايشت التجربة الإنكليزية والإيطالية والفرنسية وبعدها الإماراتية والسعودية والقطرية والتونسية ... قرأت أن السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء إلتقى لمدة ساعة بالخبير الرياضي والإعلامي الدكتور مروان عرفات .... أبوحيد كتب بشكل شبه مفصل عما دار بينه وبين رئيس الوزراء الذي أعتبره احد اكثر الناس فهما بالرياضة في سورية وسبق ووجهت رسالة له من خلال مقالة نشرتها في " الإتحاد الإماراتية " ونقلتها المواقع السورية وقت كان الكرامة يدخل عنق الزجاجة البيروقراطية ومرحلة وضع العصي بين الدواليب .....

لن أدعي أنه تجاوب مع ما طرحته ولكن النتائج التي لمسناها لاحقا كانت توحي انه يقرأ ويتابع كل شاردة وواردة في عالم الرياضة ولن اخفي سرا انني ألتقيته أكثر من مرة من خلال مناصبه المتعاقبة وهو من بشرني في مكتبه عندما كان نائبا لرئيس مجلس الوزراء أن ملاعب سورية ستصبح حضارية الأرضيات بعشب طبيعي على أعلى مستوى بعدما كانت البقلة والبقدونس تملأ جنباتها .... ( وللأمانة فالعبارة الأخيرة هي من تعقيبي ) .....

وبعد الحراك الإعلامي العام والخاص يبدو أن الحكومة تريد فعلا إيجاد الحلول الممكنة والقابلة للتنفيذ لتطوير الرياضة السورية بكافة مفاصلها وأنا أعتقد ان مع كامل إحترامي لكل الخبرات الكبيرة الموجودة في سوريا وهم استاذة لنا في كل المجالات أن الحل يجب أن يكون بسلة واحدة متكاملة اي تغيير جذري ( مدروس ومحسوب ) في هيكلية الرياضة وتبعيّاتها وأمورها المالية والإبتعاد عن القطاع الحكومي نهائيا وبالتالي ترتاح الدولة من عناء الصرف على الرياضة وتتحول الرياضة من قطاع مستهلك إلى قطاع منتج ومربح ماليا ....

يجب أن نواكب العصر أو على الأقل مايحدث في آسيا والفرصة سانحة لذلك حاليا وهناك أندية عملاقة في سورية تستطيع الوقوف على قدميها والصرف على نفسها لو توفرت لها المناخات المناسبة وأعرف أننا تحدثنا كثيرا حول هذه النقطة ومن الواضح أن هناك من يتابع ويسمع ويفكر بالحلول فلماذا لا نغتنم الفرصة ونحول الاندية لكيانات تجارية تحت مظلة رابطة للمحترفين أو اللجنة الأولمبية ( المُعطلة أو المُغيبَة ولا أعتقد أن أحدا يمكن أن يحاجج في هذه النقطة ) علما أن قوانين الفيفا ومعايير الإتحاد الأسيوي لاتسمح للجان الأولمبية بحل الإتحادات الرياضية لهذا فلا حاجة للدخول من جديد في متاهات البحث عمن يقود من بل لماذا لا نحاول مساعدة الأندية على الأستقلالية المالية والإدارية والمنشآتية والإستثمارية بدون المرور على المكتب التنفيذي ولا اللجان التنفيذية التي إنتهت صلاحيتها ولن تواكب العصر لان تركيبتها لا تتواءم مع طبيعة التطور الحاصل في الكرة الأرضية .... ويمكن أن نشكل مجلسا رياضيا يشرف فقط على تنظيم العمل بين الأندية دون التدخل في صلاحياتها ويراقبها ضمن القانون ويمثل البلد خارجيا وله صلاحيات معاقبة الأندية المخالفة من خلال لوائح واضحة شرط أن يكون لدينا هيئة أو لجنة لإستئناف القرارات التي ترى الأندية أنها مجحفة بحقها وهي لاتتبع للمجلس التنفيذي بل لها سلطة شبيهة بالسلطة القضائية الرياضية واحكامها نهائية على كل الاطراف علما أنها جهة ليست حكومية ويجب أن لا تكون كذلك ....

طبعا نحن لاندعو لتغيير أسم المكتب التنفيذي لمجلس تنفيذي بل لتغيير آليات التعاطي مع الرياضة من اساسها وهو أمر اراه ممكن التطبيق لو توفرت الإرادة لذلك .... وهناك حلول وتجارب كثيرة حولنا يمكن أن ننتقي الاصلح لنا من بينها ونبدأ بتطبيقه فورا...
